A BRIEF HISTORY
BIGDAY first launched in 2015. And like most photo booth companies, it began as a traditional service that offered a simple setup with a giant box full of props and 2×6 photo strips.
Our green screen, however, set us apart. But it wasn’t enough. We wanted to build something more innovative and unlike anything anyone had ever experienced before.
Shortly, after we partnered with Erin Mills Town Center, we had a burst of inspiration that led to the design of our first-ever interactive background resulting in customers having their first-ever immersive photo booth experience.
Soon, people were lining up in droves and the rest is history.
WE ARE HERE TO BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER.
To share new experiences, freeze time and tell stories.
WHAT SETS US APART?
We don’t just take photos. We make art!
But if you want to get technical:
WE ALSO DON’T USE PROPS.
Our backgrounds are so badass, we don’t need ’em.
Plus… Do you really want to pose with another pair of lame, dollar-store sunglasses covered with beads of someone else’s sweat dripping down your face?
Yeah, us neither.
OUR VALUES MEAN EVERYTHING TO US.
Our aim is to bring people together by respecting our clients & consumers and putting their needs ahead of our own. We also don’t break old relationships to form new ones. And we think win-win; what’s best for you is best for us.
We believe the power of imagination frees us to exceed beyond our grasp, to dream bigger, and to build the best possible photo booth products & experiences. Our mantra is either do it right, or don’t do it at all. Our clients deserve our absolute best, and we strive to give it to them by never compromising our service, product or tech quality.
We are all about laughing and having fun! That includes building a deeper human connection that allows us to be free-flowing, trusting & supportive, and embrace new challenges while still having a great sense of humour about life.
