How many backgrounds can I have?
We recommend no more than a maximum of four backgrounds. Otherwise, users will take longer in the booth, slowing down the experience for others.
How many photos can I take during my rental?
As many as you want. There is no limit.
Do you have props?
No.
Our backgrounds do not require them.
However, if you wish to have props at your event, you may bring your own, or we can assist you with any special requests.
How long does it take to get my photos?
Seconds.
The digital photos are processed and emailed to you right away. There is no wait time.
Even the prints are instant (7-8 seconds).
How do I get my photos?
Through email.
After taking your photo, you will be prompted to enter your email where it will be sent to you immediately.
If you are renting our printer, then one of our attendants will also provide you with an instant print and protective photo envelope.
Which photo booth package is best for me?
Silver Package:
If you are hosting a small event, the Silver package will be better suited for your needs, as it offers a more baseline setup to accommodate intimate venues.
Gold Package:
If you are hosting a medium-sized event, the Gold package offers a grander presence with additional lighting and the option to brand & customize all outgoing emails to your guests or users when they download their photos.
Diamond Package:
If you are hosting a large or upscale event where you wish to make a bold statement, the Diamond package is our grandest setup with the best lighting, visual experience and overall photo output. It also includes video branding where you can display your logo, promotion, etc. across our three built-in HD & 4K screens.
